Our beautiful mum (Dawn) was cared for by St. Barnabas Hospice in 2015. Thank you for all your support at the most difficult time in our lives, mum felt so comfortable and at home in the hospice - in her own words 'I feel so safe here' ❤️ We hope that we are making you proud mum - we miss you and love you dearly!
